R v K Southwark Crown Court, Confiscation Proceedings

R v B – Conviction for Murder overturned.

In 2012 B was convicted with her daughter of murdering her husband, Don Banfield. He was missing for nearly a decade before the case was treated as suspicious. R v L – Manchester Crown Court

Ronan Maguire represented Mr L who was charged with the murder of an ex- girlfriend found strangled in her home. This was a case fought tirelessly on the evidence of experts. An expert in Cell Site evidence placed the client’s phone at the scene of the crime at the time of the murder. The Crown relied on no less than five other experts of various sorts. R v P F – Lincoln Crown Court

Damian Zelazowski represented  Mr F, a polish national who was found not guilty of murder after a lengthy investigation followed by a trial. In what appears to have been a gangland style execution amongst the Polish community, our Client’s blood was found at the scene of the crime.
